At Aligned Athletics Co, our Competitive Cheer Program is designed for dedicated athletes who are ready to train with

Purpose, compete with Confidence, and grow both on and off the mat.

Athletes are selected through a formal tryout process and placed based on age, skill level, and overall readiness.

What to Expect

Team Structure

Aligned Athletics Co will have two competitive teams each season:


Junior Team

Ages 8–13

Senior Team

Ages 14–18


  • At least 12 athletes will be selected for each team.

  • Placement is determined by coaching staff evaluations.

  • Final team decisions are based on overall team balance, skill, attitude, and commitment.


Age placement may fluctuate slightly depending on skill and team needs.

Commitment

This is a 11-month competitive program.


  • Season runs May through April

  • 3 competitions per season

  • Full-season commitment is required upon team acceptance

Aligned Athletics is committed to developing athletes the right way. With steady progression, healthy training habits, and long-term growth in mind.

Weekly Training Schedule


2 cheer practices per week (2 hours each)

1 required 1-hour tumbling class per week

Total weekly training commitment: 5 hours

Additional practices may be added leading up to competitions if needed.


Skill is important but so is work ethic. We value athletes who are coachable and hungry to grow.

Financial Commitment


Tuition: $300 per month

Monthly tuition includes:


  • All team practices

  • Required weekly tumbling class

  • Competition entry fees

(3 competitions)

Not included:

  • Uniform costs

  • Choreography fees

  • Travel expenses

(if applicable)

Tuition remains consistent throughout the 11-month season and is due monthly.
