Strength & Agility

This class is a movement discipline that teaches athletes how to move efficiently and confidently through obstacles using running, jumping, vaulting, balancing, climbing, and controlled landings.


It builds strength, coordination, agility, spatial awareness, and problem-solving skills, all while keeping kids engaged and active. Parkour encourages athletes to challenge themselves, think creatively, and develop confidence in what their bodies can do.


Our Strength & Agility classes are structured, coach-led sessions designed to teach proper technique and safety first.

Each class includes:

Warm-Up & Mobility
Dynamic stretching and conditioning to prepare the body for movement.


Skill Instruction
Athletes learn foundational skills such as:

  • Safe landings and rolls
  • Vaults over obstacles
  • Precision jumps
  • Balance work
  • Climbing techniques


Obstacle Courses
Students apply what they’ve learned through fun, progressive obstacle setups using mats, blocks, bars, and other gym equipment.


Strength & Conditioning
Bodyweight exercises that support power, control, and injury prevention.

Safety is our top priority. Skills are broken down step-by-step and taught in a controlled environment with a coach supervising at all times.
