Beginner Tumbling focuses on building strong foundational skills, body control, and confidence in a structured, positive environment.


No experience required.

Skills Taught:

  • Forward & backward rolls

  • Front Cartwheel

  • Handstand progressions

  • Flexibility, coordination, strength, spacial awareness

  • Proper jumping and landing technique




Ready to Move Up When Athlete Can:

  • Perform a controlled front cartwheel on favorite side

  • Hold a handstand for 10 seconds against the wall

  • Student shows coordination, flexibility, spacial awareness

Advanced Beginner Tumbling

Description:
Athletes refine fundamentals while preparing for back handsprings. Strength, flexibility, and rebound technique are emphasized.


Enrollment Requirement:

  • Perform a controlled front cartwheel on favorite side

  • Hold a handstand for 10 seconds against the wall

  • Student shows coordination, flexibility, spacial awareness 


Skills Taught:

  • Bank bends and walkover progressions

  • Front and Back tumbling progressions

  • Back walkover independently

  • Strong roundoff snap-down

Description:
Intermediate Tumbling focuses on consistent back handsprings and skill connections. Athletes build power, speed, and control in running passes.

  • Strong roundoff snap-down

Advanced Tumbling introduces flipping skills and higher-level combinations. Athletes must demonstrate strong technique and consistent handsprings.

  • Two connected back handsprings

Skills Taught:

  • Standing back tuck

  • Roundoff back handspring tuck

  • Punch front

  • Aerial drills

  • Specialty passes

  • Standing back tuck independently

  • Roundoff back handspring tuck independently

  • Consistent punch front

  • Clean, controlled landings
