- Flexibility, coordination, strength, spacial awareness
- Proper jumping and landing technique
Ready to Move Up When Athlete Can:
- Perform a controlled front cartwheel on favorite side
- Hold a handstand for 10 seconds against the wall
- Student shows coordination, flexibility, spacial awareness


Advanced Beginner Tumbling
Length: 55 Minutes
Description:
Athletes refine fundamentals while preparing for back handsprings. Strength, flexibility, and rebound technique are emphasized.
Enrollment Requirement:
- Perform a controlled front cartwheel on favorite side
- Hold a handstand for 10 seconds against the wall
- Student shows coordination, flexibility, spacial awareness

- Bank bends and walkover progressions
- Front and Back tumbling progressions
Ready to Move Up When Athlete Can:

- Strong roundoff snap-down

Intermediate Tumbling

Description:
Intermediate Tumbling focuses on consistent back handsprings and skill connections. Athletes build power, speed, and control in running passes.

- Front walkover independently
- Back walkover independently
- Strong roundoff snap-down

- Two connected back handsprings

- Punch front
- Aerial drills
- Specialty passes
